This Friday, 5 September, Gustav is in Berlin and Daniel is home alone-dad, so unfortunately we have to cancel morning meditation. Hopefully, this is the last morning we need to cancel in a looong time! Welcome next Friday!

On this coming Friday, 7 September, a journalist from the local newspaper VK will join the morning meditation. A photographer will also join us after the meditation, and if you like you can be in some staged meditation pictures.

On this coming Sunday evening, 9 September, there will be a meeting for us interested in a one week retreat in Plum Village, France, in the spring. We will meet in the yoga studio at 8 pm.

-25 °C outside and the beautiful wooden floor in the yoga studio was really cold this Friday morning, so we did walking meditation on blankets. Business as usual in northern Sweden!
